Vehicle

A vehicle comprising:

• an engine;
• a battery;
• and
• front seats including a driver’s seat and a passenger seat, wherein
• the engine is arranged in front of the front seats,
• the battery is located behind the engine and below the front seats, and is arranged over a center of the vehicle in a lateral direction,
• the engine includes an exhaust pipe,
• the exhaust pipe is connected to the engine in front of the battery, extends along a lateral side of the battery, and is configured to discharge exhaust gas out of the vehicle behind the battery,
• the battery includes a first portion at a side of the center of the vehicle where the exhaust pipe is located, and a second portion at a side of the center of the vehicle opposite to the side where the exhaust pipe is located, and
• the first portion includes a part having a lateral dimension that is less than a lateral dimension of the second portion.
