Provided is a laminated structure that suppresses breakage of the thermally conductive material due to the thermal expansion difference between the thermally conductive material and a heat pipe, a heat generating device, or the like. The laminated structure includes a core, and a skin provided on at least one surface of the core. The skin includes a plurality of thermally conductive materials extending in a plane including the skin, and a plurality of fiber bundles extending in a direction different from the extending direction of the thermally conductive materials in the plane including the skin, and in a plurality of regions where the plurality of thermally conductive materials and the plurality of fiber bundles overlap, formation of the plurality of regions adjacent to each other are such that positions of the thermally conductive materials and the fiber bundles in the thickness direction of the skin are alternately switched.
