Optimized flour mill system with improved milling yield and method thereof

A milling system comprising:

• at least one flour milling machine to provide a milling yield and to provide an optimized milling process for granular or grainy raw material to be processed to flour by the milling machine, the granular or grainy raw material at least includes grains or grain fruits of sweet grasses, the milling system including:
• a flour milling machine including electronic control circuitry, a water doser;
• an operations data storage to store historical flour milling machine operations data;
• first processing circuitry coupled to the operations data storage, wherein
• the first processing circuitry unit includes comprising:
• a machine interface to receive the historical flour milling machine operations data from the operations data storage;
• a machine-learning-based modelling engine to generate at least one digital model structure based on the historical flour milling operation data, the historical flour milling machine operations data at least include historical raw material, operational, or environmental characteristics parameter values of a flour milling machine, and the digital model structure is trained by applying the historical flour milling machine operation data as input values, wherein the historical raw material, operational, or environmental characteristics parameters at least include types of grains, temperature of the grains, moisture of the grains, duration of conditioning, moisture in conditioned grains, flour specifications, ambient conditions at the at least one flour milling machine, flour milling machine settings, types of flours produced from the grains, or yield of the at least one flour milling machine, and, after training, for determining for a given set of flour milling operations data the optimized milling yield as maximum yield using the at least one digital model structure by generating a target moisture for a given set of flour milling operation data using the at least one digital model structure for obtaining maximum flour yield, the target moisture is transmitted to the electronic control circuitry;
• and
• the water doser includes water dosing control circuitry to receive the target moisture, and to adjust moisture to the grains based on the target moisture during production of the by the at least one flour milling machine.
