Abstract
A training device and system for improving a user's golf swing including a vest to be worn on a user's body with a mobile device to be secured in the vest. An app is loaded into the mobile device that measures and analyzes certain angles of the user's body during a golf swing where the mobile device moves in conjunction with the wearer's body. The app preferably provides feedback and audible alert functionalities to notify users regarding reaching and maintaining certain angles of the user's body during the user's swing. The training device preferably has several push buttons on a user interface to record specific chosen swing control angles that correspond to different types of golf clubs.
