Abstract
The invention relates to an oral pouch for placement in the oral vestibule for absorbing an active ingredient composition by a human, comprising a pouch sleeve made of a material which is permeable to saliva and an active ingredient composition containing caffeine and taurine.

An oral product comprising a combination of active ingredients, wherein the combination comprises:
- (i) caffeine;
- (ii) a combination of B vitamins comprising at least vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin B7;
- and
- (iii) taurine and/or ginseng;
- optionally wherein the caffeine:
- ginseng weight ratio is from 1:5 to 5:1.

- (ii) ginseng;
- and
- (iii) taurine;
- wherein the caffeine and taurine are present in a weight ratio of from about 5:1 to about 1:1;
