A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- 2′-{[2-(4-Methoxy-phenyl)-acetylamino]-methyl}-biphenyl-2-carboxylic acid (2-pyridin-3-yl-ethyl)-amide (compound 1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and
- a mucoadhesive polymer.
