The application relates to a novel salt of compound (II) and a crystalline form thereof, and to a preparation method for the salt and the crystalline form thereof. Additionally, the application provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a hydrochloride of compound (II), and an application of the salt in the preparation of a drug used for the prevention and treatment of thrombin-mediated and/or thrombin-related diseases.
