An exoskeleton support system is disclosed that provides ergonomic support for a user's arm, shoulder, and upper body during extended activities. The system includes a support plate having a ratcheted coupling portion that interlocks with an indexed pivot joint coupling to enable discrete angular adjustment. An arm assembly with a concave support member and a load-distribution support element is coupled to the pivot joint through an elongate slot member that provides linear adjustability. The load-distribution support element includes a connector stem and a padded upper surface configured to receive and support an elbow or forearm of the user. In certain embodiments, the connector stem employs a ball-and-socket joint to allow multi-directional adjustment and load balancing. The structure distributes weight through the frame to reduce muscular strain, promote proper posture, and enhance comfort for both seated and standing users.
