A dental surgery method for single-stage dental implant replacement, involving removing an abnormal dental implant from a dental alveolus in an oral cavity of a patient, and subsequently implanting a normal dental implant into an alveolar bone through the dental alveolus, the method including the steps of: mounting an implant screw-out component from an implant replacement kit onto a dental handpiece; operating the dental handpiece to drive the implant screw-out component to rotate, so that the abnormal dental implant is loosened from the alveolar bone and removed from the dental alveolus; mounting an implant screw-in component from the implant replacement kit onto the dental handpiece; and operating the dental handpiece to drive the implant screw-in component to rotate to interferentially implant and fix the normal dental implant through the dental alveolus into the alveolar bone. There is an interference-fit relationship between the normal dental implant and the dental alveolus.
