Open fronted food storage cabinet

A doorless open fronted heated food storage cabinet comprising:

• a top, rear, base and opposed sides, the top, rear, base and opposing sides defining an interior space of the cabinet which is accessible through an opening to the front of the cabinet defined between edges of the top, base and opposed sides of the cabinet, wherein a first of the opposed sides define a passageway extending to the front of the cabinet,
• a fan in the passageway configured to circulate an airflow through the passageway so as to create an air curtain across the front of the cabinet,
• wherein the passageway is a first passageway, the airflow is a first airflow;
• and
• wherein a second of the opposed sides defines a second passageway extending to the front of the cabinet, wherein the fan is configured to circulate a second airflow through the second passageway,
• wherein the first airflow opposes the second airflow so as to create opposing air curtains across the front of the cabinet, and
• wherein the first airflow extends horizontally across the front of the cabinet in a first direction, and the second airflow extends horizonally across the front of the cabinet in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
