A process for manufacturing a sole with a metal support plate or a composite support plate, comprising an integrally molding process or a bonding process,
- wherein in the integrally molding process, the metal support plate or the composite support plate is placed into an injection mold, a sole feed liquid is injected into the injection mold, the sole feed liquid is bonded in contact with the metal support plate or the composite support plate so as to mold the sole, and the metal support plate or the composite support plate is located between a midsole of a sole body and an outsole of the sole body or above the midsole of the sole body;
- and
- in the bonding process, the metal support plate or the composite support plate is adhesively bonded between the midsole of the sole body and the outsole of the sole body or above the midsole of the sole body by an adhesive coating method,
- wherein the metal support plate is integrally molded by a three-dimensional (3D) printing process, and the metal support plate comprises a forefoot portion, an arch portion, and a heel portion connected in this order,
- wherein the metal support plate is provided with hollowed mesh holes, a surface of the metal support plate is provided with a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film by means of an injection molding process or adhesive bonding, the TPU film and the metal support plate are combined to form the composite support plate, and the TPU film completely covers the metal support plate and the hollowed mesh holes, or only covers the surface of the metal support plate to expose the hollowed mesh holes, and
- wherein the forefoot portion is curved in a direction to a foot of a human body to form a curve section, the TPU film is disposed on the surface of the metal support plate with a molding mold by means of the injection molding process, the molding mold comprises an upper mold and a lower mold, opposing faces of the upper mold and the lower mold cooperate to form a mold cavity, the metal support plate is positioned in the mold cavity with a molding gap between the metal support plate and an inner wall of the mold cavity, the metal support plate is maintained in a pre-stressed state in the mold cavity, in the pre-stressed state, a front end of the forefoot portion is elastically bent upward by 0 to 5° with respect to a middle portion of the forefoot portion, and TPU material is injected into the mold cavity to fill the molding gap and wrap the metal support plate, thereby forming the TPU film, so as to obtain the composite support plate, and after the TPU film is formed, the pre-stressed state is released, resulting in elastic recovery of the composite support plate.
