Oily food containing food material derived from graminoid seeds

A method for producing an oil-based food product product, the method comprising:

• blending a food material derived from seeds of a plant of the Poaceae family and oil and/or fat, grinding, and mixing;
• and
• preparing the oil-based food product such that free amino acids in nonfat solids of the oil-based food product satisfy requirements of 1) and 2):
• 1) a proportion of a total of leucine and isoleucine in the free amino acids is 23 mass % or more;
• and
• 2) a proportion of a total of asparagine and aspartic acid in the free amino acids is 10 mass % or less.

A method for improving a flavor of an oil-based food product using a food material derived from seeds of a plant of the Poaceae family,

• free amino acids in nonfat solids in the oil-based food product satisfying requirements of 1) and 2):
• 1) a proportion of a total of leucine and isoleucine in the free amino acids is 23 mass % or more;
• and
• 2) a proportion of a total of asparagine and aspartic acid in the free amino acids is 10 mass % or less.
