Systems and methods for livewells

Abstract

The disclosed technology includes a method of installing an apparatus into a livewell. The method including inserting at least a portion of a spillover apparatus into an opening of the livewell with the spillover apparatus comprising a first portion defining a first opening and a first channel extending around at least a portion of the first portion and a second portion defining a second opening and a second channel extending around at least a portion of the second portion. The method can further include positioning the first portion on top of at least a portion of the second portion such that, the first channel of the first portion collects spillover liquid from the opening of the livewell. The inserting can comprise aligning the second opening with at least a portion of the opening of the livewell and aligning the first opening with at least a portion of the second opening.
