Abstract
A Micro-Light Emitting Diode (Micro LED) unit, a Micro LED display panel, and a method for manufacturing the Micro LED unit are provided. The Micro LED unit includes: a transparent conductive layer, a first contact layer, a first cladding layer, a light emitting layer, a second cladding layer, and a second contact layer, which are stacked from top to bottom. The first contact layer includes a metal doped region doped with a metal material. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the Micro LED unit includes the metal doped region doped with the metal material, thereby improving conductivity of the Micro LED unit and consequently improving luminous efficiency of the Micro LED unit.
