Abstract
A method includes obtaining a first acceleration signal from a first acceleration sensor located in a first wearable device, obtaining a second acceleration signal from a second acceleration sensor located in a second wearable device, and determining a head orientation relative to a display screen based on the first acceleration signal and the second acceleration signal. The method also includes controlling rendering of a three-dimensional scene based on the head orientation relative to the display screen and outputting the three-dimensional scene for display on the display screen.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- obtaining a first acceleration signal from a first acceleration sensor located in a first wearable device;
- obtaining a second acceleration signal from a second acceleration sensor located in a second wearable device;
- determining a head orientation relative to a display screen based on the first acceleration signal and the second acceleration signal;
- controlling rendering of a three-dimensional scene based on the head orientation relative to the display screen;
- and
- outputting the three-dimensional scene for display on the display screen.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage device including program instructions executable by one or more processors that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- obtaining a first acceleration signal from a first acceleration sensor located in a first wearable device;
- obtaining a second acceleration signal from a second acceleration sensor located in a second wearable device;
- determining a head orientation relative to a display screen based on the first acceleration signal and the second acceleration signal;
- controlling rendering of a three-dimensional scene based on the head orientation relative to the display screen;
- and
- outputting the three-dimensional scene for display on the display screen.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute instructions stored in the memory, wherein the instructions, when executed, cause the one or more processors to:
- obtain a first acceleration signal from a first acceleration sensor located in a first wearable device,
- obtain a second acceleration signal from a second acceleration sensor located in a second wearable device,
- determine a head orientation relative to a display screen based on the first acceleration signal and the second acceleration signal,
- control rendering of a three-dimensional scene based on the head orientation relative to the display screen, and
- output the three-dimensional scene for display on the display screen.
