• managing the PIN based on the first management request or the first activation request.

• receiving a second management request or a second activation request, wherein the second management request is used to request the first terminal and/or the second terminal to release a PIN resource corresponding to a PIN or deactivate the PIN, and the second activation request is used to request the first terminal and/or the second terminal to activate the PIN;
• and
• managing the PIN based on the second management request or the second activation request.
