Abstract

To provide an intermediate connector capable of suppressing an increase in loss occurring during signal transmission even if the distance between circuit board-mounted connectors and electronic components is increased. The intermediate connector 30 has multiple intermediate boards 41, 51, 61. The multiple intermediate boards 41, 51, 61 include one first intermediate board for cables 41, one second intermediate board for cables 51, and two intermediate boards for connectors 61. The first intermediate board for cables 41, while being connected directly to a first connector, is connected via cables C to a counterpart connector located in a spaced-apart relationship with a second connector. The second intermediate board for cables 51, while being connected directly to the second connector, is connected via the cables C to the aforementioned counterpart connector, and the intermediate boards for connectors 61 are connected directly to both the first connector and the second connector.
