Abstract
A display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixels; and a control unit that controls the display panel, in which the display panel includes a plurality of pixel blocks each including one or more pixels, the plurality of pixel blocks includes a first pixel block and a second pixel block, and the control unit controls the display panel such that a refresh rate of a pixel in the second pixel block is lower than a refresh rate of a pixel in the first pixel block.
Claims12
A display device comprising:
- a display panel including a plurality of pixels;
- and
- a control unit that controls the display panel, wherein
- the display panel includes a plurality of pixel blocks each including one or more of the pixels,
- the plurality of pixel blocks includes a first pixel block and a second pixel block, and
- the control unit controls the display panel such that a refresh rate of a pixel in the second pixel block is lower than a refresh rate of a pixel in the first pixel block.
A control method for a display panel including a plurality of pixels, wherein
- the display panel includes a plurality of pixel blocks each including one or more of the pixels, and
- the plurality of pixel blocks includes a first pixel block and a second pixel block,
- the control method comprising:
- controlling the display panel such that a refresh rate of a pixel in the second pixel block is lower than a refresh rate of a pixel in the first pixel block.
An electronic device comprising:
- a display device, wherein
- the display device includes:
- a display panel including a plurality of pixels;
- and
- a control unit that controls the display panel,
- the display panel includes a plurality of pixel blocks each including one or more of the pixels,
- the plurality of pixel blocks includes a first pixel block and a second pixel block, and
- the control unit controls the display panel such that a refresh rate of a pixel in the second pixel block is lower than a refresh rate of a pixel in the first pixel block.
