This suspicious person detection device includes: one or more memories storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to: acquire a video of a person; acquire vital data about the person; determine the state of the person represented by the vital data; determine whether the situation of the person based on the video matches the situation anticipated from the state of the person represented by the vital data; and output an alert if it is determined that the situation of the person based on the video does not match the situation anticipated from the state of the person represented by the vital data.

A suspicious person detection device comprising:

one or more memories storing instructions;
and
one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:
acquire a video of a person;
acquire vital data of the person;
determine a state of the person indicated by the vital data;
determine whether a situation of the person based on the video matches a situation assumed from the state of the person indicated by the vital data;
and
output an alert, in a case where it is determined that the situation of the person based on the video does not match the situation assumed from the state of the person indicated by the vital data.
