Abstract
A vehicle control device includes a processor, in which the processor is configured to, in a case in which a first signal indicating that a debt for a vehicle is not correctly paid is received, restrict some of functions of the vehicle in response to the reception of the first signal.

A vehicle control device comprising a processor, wherein the processor is configured to perform, in a case where a first signal indicating that a debt for a target vehicle is not correctly paid is received from a debt management server that manages the debt for the target vehicle, control such that a charging rate of the target vehicle is reduced to a predetermined rate.
A vehicle control device comprising a processor, wherein the processor is configured to restrict, in a case where a first signal indicating that a debt for a target vehicle is not correctly paid is received, some of charging functions for the target vehicle.
