System and Method for Generating Authenticated Digital Units Representing Provenance-Anchored Creative Assets

Abstract

A method for generating authenticated digital units representing provenance-anchored creative assets, comprising: authenticating creative asset information representing at least one of a song, recording session, lyric manuscript, video production file, artwork, performance contract, or other documentation evidencing the origin or authorship of a creative work; generating a plurality of intelligent units (I.Us), each I.U. being a uniquely identifiable digital unit linked to one or more authenticated creative assets and defined as distinct from any form of intellectual-property transfer, license, or royalty share; embedding within each I.U. provenance data that verifies authorship and authenticity, establishes a traceable origin of the creative work, and binds the I.U. to its corresponding creative asset; linking each I.U. to a digital gateway configured to provide controlled access to at least one of exclusive creative content, artist milestone disclosures, unreleased recordings, behind-the-scenes media, or fan-engagement utilities associated with the creative work; determining a valuation for each I.U. based on at least one of (i) the rarity or cultural significance of the authenticated creative asset, (ii) milestone achievements or audience-engagement metrics of the artist, and (iii) demand or trading activity derived from interactions with the digital gateway; enabling listing and trading of the I.Us as authenticated digital memorabilia that promote fan engagement and liquidity of creative heritage while avoiding any conveyance of copyright or ownership rights; and recording issuance, ownership transfers, and valuation updates of the I.Us in an immutable distributed ledger to preserve provenance.
