Apparatus and method and recording medium for recording command for determining type of defect

A method comprising:

• acquiring measurement data indicating a state of solder paste printed on a plurality of PCBs by a screen printer;
• generating a plurality of input images that correspond one-to-one to the plurality of PCBs and indicate whether the measurement data satisfies a predetermined standard, the plurality of input images including a first input image corresponding to a first PCB and a plurality of second images corresponding respectively to the PCBs on which the solder paste is sequentially printed before the first PCB;
• and
• determining a type of defect that has occurred in at least one of the screen printer or the first PCB from the first input image and the plurality of second input images based on a machine learning model stored in one or more memories.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium recording commands that cause one or more processors to perform operations when executed by one or more processors, the commands causing the one or more processors to perform operations of:

• acquiring measurement data indicating a state of solder paste printed on a plurality of PCBs by a screen printer;
• generating a plurality of input images that correspond one-to-one to the plurality of PCBs and indicate whether the measurement data satisfies a predetermined standard, the plurality of input images including a first input image corresponding to a first PCB and a plurality of second images corresponding respectively to the PCBs on which the solder paste is sequentially printed before the first PCB;
• and
• determining a type of defect that has occurred in at least one of the screen printer or the first PCB from the first input image and the plurality of second input images based on a machine learning model stored in one or more memories.
