Systems and methods are disclosed for dynamic context retrieval and autonomous software creation for conversational artificial intelligence. A user query is received, and candidate context items are retrieved using multi-stage filtering over at least one of a vector database and a knowledge graph. The retrieved context is compressed using summarization and keyword extraction and combined with contextual memory that tracks entities, relationships, events, and user-specific context across sessions. A swarm-based architecture of specialized models generates context-aware responses and generates or modifies executable software code. Generated code is deployed into an ephemeral test environment for functional checks, security checks, and domain-specific compliance checks. Real-time updates synchronize newly acquired or updated data and can trigger refetch and regeneration. In some embodiments, the system assembles a bounded context package under a budget constraint, injects machine-interpretable constraints derived from compliance findings, and iterates until a convergence condition is satisfied.
