An information processing apparatus comprising:

• a storage unit to store a plurality of operation programs for individually controlling a plurality of industrial machines that execute a task in cooperation with each other;
• an operation program candidate creation unit configured to create a plurality of operation program candidates with different individual cycle times for each of the plurality of industrial machines based on the operation program of the industrial machine;
• and
• a combination creation unit configured to create a combination of operation program candidates for the plurality of industrial machines so that a total value of individual cycle times for the plurality of industrial machines is shorter than a total cycle time of the plurality of industrial machines when the industrial machines are operated in accordance with the operation programs.

A non-transitory storage medium storing a program causing a computer which stores program for causing a computer configured to store a plurality of operation programs for individually controlling a plurality of industrial machines that execute a task in cooperation with each other to realize, to implement:

• the computer:
• means for creating a plurality of operation program candidates with different individual power consumptions for each of the plurality of industrial machines based on the operation program of the industrial machine;
• and
• means for creating a combination of operation program candidates for the plurality of industrial machines so that a total value of individual power consumptions for the plurality of industrial machines is less than a total power consumption of the plurality of industrial machines when the industrial machines are operated in accordance with the operation programs.
