A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program causing a processor of a projection apparatus including a body portion that performs projection through a projection lens, and the processor, to execute a process comprising:

• controlling, in a first temperature range, a focus position of a projection image in accordance with first temperature characteristic information indicating a relationship between the focus position and a temperature of the body portion and second temperature characteristic information indicating a relationship between the focus position and a temperature of the projection lens;
• and
• controlling, in a second temperature range, the focus position in accordance with temperature characteristic information of any one of the first temperature characteristic information or the second temperature characteristic information.
