Film, and sheet and optical device having same

A film having a thickness of 0.2 μm to 1,000 μm, comprising a composition containing:

• a light-blocking coloring agent A wherein, when a light-blocking coloring agent film is formed on a glass substrate in a film thickness of 1 μm using transparent acrylic resin as a binder and at a light-blocking coloring agent concentration of 50% by weight, the average light transmittance of the film in the wavelength range of 660 nm to 1,000 nm is 30% or more and the average light transmittance of the film in the wavelength range of 380 nm or more and less than 660 nm is 20% or less;
• a red coloring agent;
• and
• a binder,
• wherein the film has T1(%) of 25% to 90%, where T1(%) is an average value of light transmittance at wavelengths from 400 nm to 660 nm.
