Abstract
Systems and methods described herein may be configured for emitting one or more neutrons into a formation with a first neutron source; emitting one or more neutrons into the formation with a second neutron source; receiving one or more gammas with one or more gamma detectors from the formation; In addition, an information handling system may be employed and configured for determining porosity or an elemental yield of the formation based at least on the one or more gammas.

A method comprising:
- emitting one or more neutrons into a formation with a first neutron source;
- emitting one or more neutrons into the formation with a second neutron source;
- receiving one or more gammas with one or more gamma detectors from the formation;
- and
- determining porosity or an elemental yield of the formation based at least on the one or more gammas.
