Gamma-sterilizable chip, particularly for impedance flow cytometry

A sensor cartridge for inline measurement of a fluid, comprising:

• a body having an interface section configured to be connected to a sensor head, the interface section comprising a measuring channel for accommodating a volume of the fluid to be measured;
• and
• a pump accommodated in the body, the pump comprising an actuating member configured to be actuated by the sensor head when the interface section is connected to the sensor head to pump the fluid to be analyzed through the measuring channel;
• wherein the body further comprises an in- and outflow section connected to the interface section, wherein the in- and outflow section comprises an inflow channel and an outflow channel, the inflow channel being in flow connection with the outflow channel via the measuring channel and the pump so that the fluid to be measured can be pumped from the inflow channel via the measuring channel to the outflow channel to enable an inline measurement of the fluid.
