Abstract
Provided are methods for ride experience enhancements with external services, which can include receiving a request for transportation of a passenger to a service provider, and determining route information corresponding to the request. Some methods described also include providing service information associated with the service provider to the passenger, and receiving at least one requested service from the passenger based on the provided service information. Some methods described also include transmitting the at least one requested service and at least a portion of the route information to the service provider. Systems and computer program products are also provided.

A method, comprising:
- receiving, by at least one processor, a request for transportation of a passenger to a destination;
- determining, by the at least one processor, route information for transporting the passenger to the destination, the route information comprising an estimated arrival time and at least one location along a route;
- accessing, by the at least one processor, a service database storing a plurality of integration hooks and associated service provider parameters provided by partner service providers, wherein the service provider parameters define conditions for triggering a service interaction based on at least one of a geographic threshold or a service classification;
- executing, by the at least one processor, a weighted prioritization of the partner service providers by comparing the service provider parameters against the determined route information to identify a set of available services with associated values at the at least one location;
- selecting, by the at least one processor, a subset of the partner service providers based on the associated values satisfying a selection threshold within the weighted prioritization;
- and
- rendering, by the at least one processor via a user interface, a prioritized list of services from the selected subset of partner service providers to the passenger during the transportation.
A system, comprising:
- at least one processor, and
- at least one non-transitory storage media storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
- receive a request for transportation of a passenger to a destination;
- determine route information for transporting the passenger to the destination, the route information comprising an estimated arrival time and at least one location along a route;
- access a service database storing a plurality of integration hooks and associated service provider parameters provided by partner service providers, wherein the service provider parameters define conditions for triggering a service interaction based on at least one of a geographic threshold or a service classification;
- execute a weighted prioritization of the partner service providers by comparing the service provider parameters against the determined route information to identify a set of available services with associated values at the at least one location;
- select a subset of the partner service providers based on the associated values satisfying a selection threshold within the weighted prioritization;
- and
- render a prioritized list of services from the selected subset of partner service providers to the passenger during the transportation.
At least one non-transitory storage media storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
- receive a request for transportation of a passenger to a destination;
- determine route information for transporting the passenger to the destination, the route information comprising an estimated arrival time and at least one location along a route;
- access a service database storing a plurality of integration hooks and associated service provider parameters provided by partner service providers, wherein the service provider parameters define conditions for triggering a service interaction based on at least one of a geographic threshold or a service classification;
- execute a weighted prioritization of the partner service providers by comparing the service provider parameters against the determined route information to identify a set of available services with associated values at the at least one location;
- select a subset of the partner service providers based on the associated values satisfying a selection threshold within the weighted prioritization;
- and
- render a prioritized list of services from the selected subset of partner service providers to the passenger during the transportation.
