Abstract
A manifold fluid module according to one embodiment may comprise: a manifold plate in which a fluid channel is formed; a valve mounting part which is formed on the manifold plate and through which an entrance slot allowing a fluid to be introduced therethrough is formed; and a valve coupled to the valve mounting part and configured to expand a fluid or control the direction of the fluid, wherein an introduction space is formed between the valve mounting part and the valve so that the fluid having passed through the entrance slot can be introduced into the valve.
Claims12
A manifold fluid module comprising:
- a manifold plate in which a fluid passage is formed;
- a valve seating part formed on the manifold plate and having an inlet slot through which a fluid is introduced;
- and
- a valve that is coupled to the valve seating part and expands the fluid or controls a flow direction of the fluid,
- wherein an inflow space is formed between the valve seating part and the valve so that the fluid passing through the inlet slot is introduced into the valve.
