Clothing treatment device with drying function

A clothing treatment device with a drying function, comprising:

• a drum and a drying component, disposed in a housing of the clothing treatment device, wherein the drying component is configured to dry clothing, and the drying component is disposed above or below the drum;
• and the drying component comprises at least a first air outlet and at least a first air inlet, the first air outlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum, and the first air inlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum through an air outlet duct to form a circulating moisture adsorption airflow between the drum and the drying component;
• and
• an access panel, wherein a rear housing of the clothing treatment device is provided with an opening, the access panel is detachably mounted to the opening, and a projection of the opening in a direction perpendicular to the rear housing at least covers part of the air outlet duct.
