Abstract
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an electrical steel sheet substrate; and an insulating film layer that is disposed on the electrical steel sheet substrate. At least one deformation portion having a linear shape is formed on a surface of the electrical steel sheet substrate, and a natural corrosion potential value of the electrical steel sheet is −350 mV or more.
Claims21
A method for refining a magnetic domain of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising forming a deformation portion by irradiating overlapping laser beams to a surface of the electrical steel sheet,
- wherein the overlapping laser beams includes a first beam spot formed by irradiating a first laser beam with a first wavelength and a second beam spot formed by irradiating a second laser beam with a second wavelength and the overlapping laser beams are formed by controlling the first beam spot so that some or all of the first beam spot are disposed inside the second beam spot.

- and
- an insulating film layer that is disposed on the electrical steel sheet substrate,
- wherein at least one deformation portion having a linear shape is formed on a surface of the electrical steel sheet substrate, and a natural corrosion potential value of the electrical steel sheet is-350 mV or more.
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising:
- an electrical steel sheet substrate;
- and
- an insulating film layer that is disposed on the electrical steel sheet substrate,
- Wherein at least one deformation portion having a linear shape is formed on a surface of the electrical steel sheet, and a re-solidification layer is formed on a surface of the insulating film layer above the deformation portion having the linear shape.
