Abstract
Provided is a beer-flavored beverage having an alcohol percentage of 10.0 (v/v) % or greater and a real extract concentration of 11.8 (w/w) % or greater. In addition, provided also a method for producing a beer-taste beverage. The method includes at least the following steps (a) and (b): step (a): adjusting an alcohol content of the beer-taste beverage to greater than or equal to 10.0 (v/v) %; and step (b): adjusting a real extract concentration of the beer-taste beverage to greater than or equal to 11.8 (w/w) %.

A beer-taste beverage, comprising
- an alcohol content of greater than or equal to 10.0 (v/v) %, and
- a real extract concentration of greater than or equal to 11.8 (w/w) %.
A method for producing a beer-taste beverage, the method comprising at least the following steps (a) and (b):
- step (a):
- adjusting an alcohol content of the beer-taste beverage to greater than or equal to 10.0 (v/v) %;
- and
- step (b):
- adjusting a real extract concentration of the beer-taste beverage to greater than or equal to 11.8 (w/w) %.
