Self-adhered cover tape for building applications and related systems and related methods

A roofing system comprising:

• at least one roofing substrate;
• and
• a cover tape,
• wherein the cover tape is located on the at least one roofing substrate,
• wherein the cover tape comprises:
• a first layer,
• wherein the first layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface;
• a first adhesive strip,
• wherein the first adhesive strip is located on the second surface of the first layer;
• wherein the first adhesive strip is adhered to the at least one roofing substrate;
• wherein the first adhesive strip comprises a first pressure-sensitive adhesive;
• wherein the first pressure-sensitive adhesive has a first glass transition temperature;
• a second adhesive strip,
• wherein the second adhesive strip is located on the second surface of the first layer;
• wherein the second adhesive strip is adjacent to the first adhesive strip;
• wherein the second adhesive strip is adhered to the at least one roofing substrate;
• wherein the second adhesive strip comprises a second pressure-sensitive adhesive;
• wherein the second pressure-sensitive adhesive has a second glass transition temperature;
• wherein the second glass transition temperature of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive is different from the first glass transition temperature of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive.
