Abstract
A non-baked pencil lead may include a filler, a pigment, a water-soluble resin, a crosslinking agent and a polycaprolactone. The water-soluble resin may include sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The crosslinking agent may be polyacrylic acid. The lead body may be impregnated with an oily substance. The oily substance may include liquid paraffin, spindle oil, silicone oil, α-olefin oligomer, squalane, or a mixture thereof.

A non-baked pencil lead, comprising:
- a filler;
- a pigment;
- a water-soluble resin;
- a crosslinking agent;
- and
- a polycaprolactone.
