Epoxy resin composition for rtm, cured resin product and fiber-reinforced composite material, and manufacturing method therefor

Abstract

Challenges are to provide an epoxy resin composition for RTM which achieves both viscosity stability at the time of injection and stiffness at the time of demolding, and a cured resin of which is superior in balance among elastic modulus under wet and heat conditions, heat resistance under wet conditions, and fracture toughness, and to provide a large fiber-reinforced composite material having a high Vf and including the epoxy resin composition. Provided is an epoxy resin composition for RTM including an epoxy resin and a curing agent component, containing the following components [A] and [C] as the epoxy resin, containing the component [B] as the curing agent component, and containing 50 to 85 parts by mass of the component [A] in 100 parts by mass of the epoxy resin, [A] Tetrafunctional glycidyl amine type epoxy resin [B] a curing agent that is liquid at 150° C. [C] Aniline type epoxy resin represented by Formula (I): [Chemical Formula 1] (In Formula (I), R1 and R2 each represent at least one selected from the group consisting of aliphatic hydrocarbon groups having a carbon number of 1 to 4; n is an integer of 0 to 4; and m is an integer of 0 to 5; when n or m is 2 or more, R1 and R2 each may be the same or different at each occurrence; X represents —O— or —S—).
