Abstract
Provided is a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer and others. The polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer satisfies the following requirements 1 and 2: requirement 1: the polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer has a polymerizable unsaturated bond, and requirement 2: when determined by thermogravimetry in a temperature range of 150° C. or more, a temperature at which a weight loss rate exceeds 0.5%/min is 255° C. or more.

A polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer (A) satisfying the following requirements 1 and 2:
- requirement 1:
- the polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer (A) has a polymerizable unsaturated bond, and
- requirement 2:
- when determined by thermogravimetry in a temperature range of 150° C. or more, a temperature at which a weight loss rate exceeds 0.5%/min is 255° C. or more.
