Abstract
Disclosed herein are compositions comprising anti-CD45 bispecific T cell engagers as well as variants thereof, combinations thereof, and methods of use thereof for the treatment of cancer, as well as methods of improved immunotherapy through the combined use of multi-specific antibodies and epitope editing.
Claims38
A synthetic multi-specific immune cell engager (ICE), wherein the synthetic multi-specific immune cell engager comprises at least one CD45 antigen binding domain, and at least one immune cell engaging domain.
A CD45-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) molecule.
A method of preventing or treating a disease or disorder in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject
- a) a multi-specific ICE wherein the synthetic multi-specific immune cell engager comprises at least one least one antigen binding domain, and at least one immune cell engaging domain, wherein the antigen binding domain is specific for a disease-associated antigen, and
- b) an engineered cell, wherein the engineered cell comprises a modification of at least one epitope that is bound by the multi-specific ICE.
