Abstract
The present invention provides an anti-TfR1 single-domain antibody and a use thereof. The single-domain antibody includes a heavy chain variable region, wherein the heavy chain variable region includes a heavy chain CDR1 as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 53-SEQ ID NO: 60, a heavy chain CDR2 as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 61-SEQ ID NO: 72, and a heavy chain CDR3 as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 73-SEQ ID NO: 82.

An isolated human transferrin receptor (TfR) 1 antigen epitope peptide, wherein the isolated human TfR1 antigen epitope peptide has the amino acid sequence selected from:

An anti-TfR1 single-domain antibody, comprising a heavy chain variable region, wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises the heavy chain complementarity determining region (CDR) 1 as set forth in Jone of SEQ ID NO:

- 60, the heavy chain CDR2 as set forth in one of SEQ ID NO:
- 61 to SEQ ID NO:
- 72, and the heavy chain CDR3 as set forth in one of SEQ ID NO:
