An antibody binding to prolactin receptor (PRLR) (anti-PRLR antibody) wherein the antibody comprises:
- (a) a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (HCDR1), a heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 (HCDR2), and a heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 (HCDR3), wherein the HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 are set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 2, 7, and 12, respectively;
- and
- (b) a light chain variable region (VL) comprising a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (LCDR1), a light chain complementarity determining region 2 (LCDR2), and a light chain complementarity determining region 3 (LCDR3), wherein the LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 are set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 18, 29, and 34, respectively.
