An isolated antigen-binding protein, being capable of binding to a receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), said isolated antigen-binding protein comprises CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3, and said CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 comprise any one group of amino acid sequences selected from:

1) the amino acid sequence of said CDR1 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
1, the amino acid sequence of said CDR2 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
2, and the amino acid sequence of said CDR3 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
3;
2) the amino acid sequence of said CDR1 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
1, the amino acid sequence of said CDR2 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
2, and the amino acid sequence of said CDR3 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
13;
3) the amino acid sequence of said CDR1 is as set forth in SEQ ID NO:
