Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method for treating asthma using a TSLP antibody. Specifically, the present disclosure utilizes an antibody against thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) or an antigen-binding fragment thereof to treat asthma and/or reduce the frequency and/or severity of asthma exacerbations, and/or reduce the annualized asthma exacerbation rate, and/or reduce the subject's ACQ-6 score.
Claims28
A method for treating a subject suffering from asthma the method comprising:
- administering to the patient anti-TSLP antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof at dosing interval of 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, or 28 weeks wherein the anti-TSLP antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, wherein:
- the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2 and SEQ ID NO:
- 3, respectively;
- and
- the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 4, SEQ ID NO:
- 5 and SEQ ID NO:
- 6, respectively.

- (i) an anti-TSLP antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2 and SEQ ID NO:
- 3, respectively;
- and, a light chain variable region comprising LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 4, SEQ ID NO:
- 5 and SEQ ID NO:
- 6, respectively;
- and,
- (ii) at a dose from 50 mg to 600 mg;
- and,
- (iii) with a dosing interval from once every ten weeks (Q10W) to once every twenty-six weeks (Q26W).
A method of treating asthma in a human subject, the method comprising administering:
- (i) an anti-TSLP antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2 and SEQ ID NO:
- 3, respectively;
- and, a light chain variable region comprising LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 4, SEQ ID NO:
