Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of virus detection and diagnosis, and relates to a monoclonal antibody against capsid proteins of multiple AAV serotypes, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. Provided in the present invention are a rabbit monoclonal antibody against capsid proteins of multiple AAV serotypes, and amino acid sequences of a heavy-chain variable region and a light-chain variable region of same. Said rabbit monoclonal antibody provided by the present invention can specifically bind to capsid proteins VP1, VP2 and VP3 of multiple AAV serotypes, and thus can be used for detecting AAV antigens. The monoclonal antibody against capsid proteins of multiple AAV serotypes provided by the present invention enables and facilitates research and development processes of gene therapy vectors and detection of AAVs in basic scientific research.
