Abstract
The present invention relates to novel peptides and uses thereof, and more particularly to peptides having a length of 12 to 20 amino acids comprising an amino acid sequence designated as SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2, having the ability to inhibit the formation of abnormal protein aggregates, wherein 1 to 4 of the amino acids excluding glycine are L-type amino acids and the other amino acids are D-type amino acids.
Claims12
A novel peptide with a length of 12 to 20 amino acids capable of inhibiting the formation of abnormal protein aggregates, comprising an amino acid sequence designated by SEQ ID NO:
- 1 or 2, wherein 1 to 4 of the amino acids excluding glycine are L-type amino acids and the other amino acids are D-type amino acids.
