Abstract

Described herein is the LPA1 antagonist (1S,3S)-3-((2-methyl-6-(1-methyl-5-(((methyl(propyl)carbamoyl)oxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridin-3-yl)oxy)cyclohexane-1-carboxylic acid, including crystalline forms of Compound (A) and preparations thereof. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions that include the LPA1 antagonist, methods of using the LPA1 antagonist for the treatment of interstitial lung disease.
