Abstract
The object of the invention is to provide delicious and safe mineral water in a stable manner for prolonged periods, and to inhibit proliferation of microorganisms in a water purification system or product (for example, a packaged drinking water, food or beverage product). Provided is a method for producing mineral water, the method comprising a step of providing a mineral solution, a step of filtering tap water to provide purified water, and a step of mixing the mineral solution with the purified water to a potassium ion concentration of 20 ppm or greater in the mineral water.

A method for producing mineral water, the method comprising:
- a step of providing a mineral solution,
- a step of filtering tap water to provide purified water, and
- a step of mixing the mineral solution with the purified water to a potassium ion concentration of 20 ppm or greater in the mineral water.
