Abstract

A food carrier comprising two or more vertically stacked shelves and an enclosure wherein the enclosure comprises an outer wall, an inner wall, and a closure wall such that each shelf has a triangular shape; wherein outer wall, the inner wall, and closure wall each form a cover flap and a handle for the food carrier; wherein the cover flaps are interlocking cover flaps which include an upper cover flap having a slot and two or more lower cover flaps; wherein at least one of the lower cover flaps forms a cover handle; and wherein the upper cover flap forms a slot for receiving the one or more cover handles; and a template for forming a food carrier according to the invention wherein the template comprises a template sheet and two or more shelves wherein the template sheet forms an outer wall, an inner wall, and a closure wall such that each shelf has a triangular shape wherein the outer wall, inner wall, and closure wall each form a cover flap and a handle for the food carrier; wherein the cover flaps are interlocking cover flaps which include an upper cover flap having a slot and two or more lower cover flaps; wherein at least one of the lower cover flaps forms a cover handle; and wherein the upper cover flap forms a slot for receiving the one or more cover handles.
