• an environmental sensor system to measure one or more environmental parameters;
• a charging station to charge a rechargeable electric system;
• a power system comprising:
• an onboard power source to supply onboard power;
• and
• a power connector configured to be connected to an external power source to supply external power;
• and
• a controller configured to:
• obtain the operational stage of the plurality of operational stages of the project of the offshore infrastructure and the offshore infrastructure;
• and
• control the power system to supply power to at least one of the environmental sensor system and the charging station, wherein to control the power system is at least based on the operational stage of the plurality of operational stages of the project of the offshore infrastructure and the offshore infrastructure.
