Abstract
A vehicle control device includes a processor, in which the processor is configured to, in a case in which a first signal indicating that a debt for a vehicle is not correctly paid is received, restrict some of functions of the vehicle in response to the reception of the first signal.

A vehicle control device comprising a processor configured to perform, in a case where a first signal indicating that a debt for a target vehicle configured to perform autonomous driving is not correctly paid is received from a debt management server that manages the debt for the target vehicle, control in response to reception of the first signal such that the target vehicle is stopped or parked at a position a predetermined distance away from a destination designated for the target vehicle.
A vehicle control device comprising a processor configured to restrict, in a case where a first signal indicating that a debt for a target vehicle configured to perform autonomous driving is not correctly paid is received, some of functions of the target vehicle in response to reception of the first signal.
