Abstract
An in-vehicle device that is installed in a vehicle includes a communication unit that communicates with a server device, an input unit that accepts an operation of a user, and a control unit that performs setting in accordance with a latter instruction, out of a first instruction by operating the input unit for setting an operation of the vehicle and a second instruction from the server device, in which, when an earlier instruction out of the first instruction and the second instruction indicates authority over the vehicle, the control unit performs setting in accordance with the earlier instruction.

An in-vehicle device that is installed in a vehicle, the in-vehicle device comprising:
- a communication unit that communicates with a server device;
- an input unit that accepts an operation of a user;
- and
- a control unit that performs setting in accordance with a latter instruction, out of a first instruction by operating the input unit for setting an operation of the vehicle and a second instruction from the server device, wherein
- when an earlier instruction out of the first instruction and the second instruction indicates authority over the vehicle, the control unit performs setting in accordance with the earlier instruction.
